[Work no.100#4]

Holaaaaa, we haven't seen for a longggg time!....what a busy period

This blog would be mainly focused on these two contents:

1. Pre-production

2.Production process

Just tend to make it in short Q_Q

First, we have confirmed our art style

To makesure the reality and the abstract universe got the extreme contrast. During the reality scene, we decided to brush the background from photograph(which taken by Cynthia and Queenie) The process is as below

Beside, it only took 1-2hrs to finish one background drawing and it could be reuse many times!

In the abstract part, we use black and white with noise and colour pencil drawing to show the different world(Queenie would draw the background)

In the Character design part, I have drawn Asa and the magic godfather in a cute form xDD that would make them look they came from a different world.

(^Queenie designed the concept of Asa, and I finish it in my way)

(Do you think he is cute? He is also one of my character from my other comic 'Drunk in the wonderland'(醉方華)which is a Chinese martial arts story....and he doesn't wear umbrella in that story, that was Cynthia idea xD)

After everything has firmed, we have done some frames. I draw the keyframe and Perry draw the in-between....I must said Perry is so awesomeeeeee!!!!!! My biggest weakness in animation is timing, I always draw it whether too fast or cut many frames, but in Perry in-between drawing, I have learned a lot!
